Dilution Guide:

To provide exceptional value, our Gosu paste is formulated to a higher concentration than other commercially available alternatives.
The final shade and intensity are determined by the dilution ratio, so please use the following recommendations as a starting point for your own practice.

  • For Line Drawing (Sengaki): Approximately 1 part paste to 3 parts water.
  • For a Dark Infilling (Koi-dami): Approximately 1 teaspoon of paste to 80ml of water.
  • For a Light Infilling (Usu-dami): Approximately 1 teaspoon of paste to 250ml of water.
